Plant cells have a cell wall because when the plant cell takes in water and it can burst. Animal cells do not have that problem. We have kidneys to deal with excess water. All cells have cell membrane (except bacterial cell) but in plant cell cell wall also present. plants has to survive in many extreme situations.
The animal cells usually don’t have a cell wall in place of it they have the cell membrane. Cell wall is a fundamental component which assists us with recognizing plant and animal cells. The primary cell wall, secondary cell wall, and middle lamella are the three layers that make up a typical plant cell wall. Prokaryotic cells, such as bacteria, also have a cell wall. Animal cells have a cell membrane instead of a cell wall, making tissue flaccid. This means that it is soft, pliable and not as heavy as plant tissue. Animal cells do not have cell walls because they do not need them. Cell walls, which are found in plant cells, maintain cell shape, almost as if each cell has its own.
